Job Description
Supervise and coordinate all laundry operations to ensure timely high-quality processing and distribution of linen across the lodge.
Lead train and mentor laundry attendant fostering a safe positive and productive work environment.
Ensure proper maintenance of all laundry equipment adherence to WHS procedures and accurate record keeping related to inventory and third-party laundry services.
Liaise with Housekeeping and Maintenance departments to anticipate and meet operational linen demands efficiently.
Uphold cleanliness stock control and compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
Qualifications :
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a laundry setting including prior leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of laundry operations equipment use chemical handling and WHS procedures.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work independently and lead a team.
A proactive and service-driven mindset with high attention to detail
A valid drivers license is ideal
