MES Pas-X

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Engineering or Natural Sciences.

Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in MES PAS-X (V3.1.8 V3.2.7 V3.3.2).

Strong expertise in PAS-X Master Data Parameterization including:

• Equipment Management User & Rights Management Control Data

• Terminal Printing/Reporting Profiles Production Units

• WMS Master Data and Service Configuration

Deep understanding of PAS-X Functional Modules:

• Weighing & Dispensing

• Equipment Management

• MBR Design & Execution (EBR)

• Materials & Warehouse Management

Knowledge of MES integration with Level 2 3 and 4 systems:

• SAP ERP OSI PI LIMS Kepware OPC

Exposure to System Administration:

• User Terminal & Printer Management

• System & Scale Configuration

• Hotfix/Service Pack Installations

• Windows/Linux patching & vulnerability management

Additional Tech Skills (Preferred):

• Linux OS Docker Kubernetes PostgreSQL

• Oracle & MS SQL Server databases

Strong experience with IT Project Delivery in complex global environments.

Proven leadership in end-to-end MES implementations and upgrades from requirement gathering to validation and final delivery.

Sound knowledge of GxP compliance 21 CFR Part 11 cGMP GAMP EU Annex 11 ISA-88/95 standards CSV and SDLC methodologies.

Familiarity with ITSM tools: ServiceNow (IT4YOU) HPSM

Ability to manage Incident Problem Change and Release Management processes.

Formal certifications in PMP and ITIL are a plus.

Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Experience working in Life Sciences or Healthcare domain preferred.
