Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst Scrum Master to lead and manage front end development initiatives involving modern UI frameworks and backend integrations The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects that include React based front end applications Nodejs APIs and workflow driven interfaces While hands on technical skills are not required a solid understanding of the development lifecycle and collaboration with technical teams is essentialKey ResponsibilitiesAct as the liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to gather document and translate requirements into actionable user storiesFacilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups retrospectives and backlog groomingManage project timelines deliverables and dependencies across UI and backend development teamsCollaborate with front end developers working on React based applications and backend teams using Nodejs to ensure alignment with business goalsDefine and refine workflows user journeys and interface behaviors in coordination with UX UI designersTrack progress identify risks and proactively resolve blockers to ensure timely deliveryMaintain clear documentation of requirements workflows and decisions throughout the project lifecycleCommunicate effectively with cross functional teams including QA DevOps and product ownersRequired Skills and QualificationsProven experience as a Business Analyst or Scrum Master in front end development projectsStrong understanding of UI frameworks workflows and modern web application architectureFamiliarity with React and Nodejs environments from a project management or business analysis perspectiveExperience working in Agile environments and using tools like Jira or similarExcellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skillsAbility to translate complex business needs into structured technical requirementsNice to HaveExposure to API design and integration conceptsExperience working with cross functional teams including design development and QAUnderstanding of CI CD pipelines and deployment processes in web development
