About the role

As a Quality Assurance Consultant youll be the key contact for Quality Assurance across Consumer Claims providing independent oversight and ensuring the QA Framework supports business and compliance objectives. Youll collaborate with stakeholders analyse QA results identify trends and opportunities for improvement and contribute to training and coaching activities. The role also supports QA program initiatives calibration and verification efforts and helps maintain relevant QA tools resources and process knowledge to drive consistent high-quality outcomes.

What youll do

  • Provide technical expertise training and coaching to QA teams and leaders to build capability and improve performance
  • Deliver regular analysis and insights on QA results identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance collaboration and QA outcomes
  • Participate in QA calibration sessions to ensure consistency identify trends and uplift capability
  • Offer subject matter expertise on QA practices systems and initiatives
  • Support sustainable business changes and risk minimisation to ensure compliance and exceptional customer outcomes

What youll bring

  • 2 years experience in applying risk/compliance knowledge and advice or related field in financial services or insurance
  • 2 years knowledge of Claims operating models processes and procedures
  • Expertise in Quality Assurance (QA) risk management and business performance
  • Solid understanding of Group Insurance and Claims strategies along with the evolving regulatory landscape
