Purpose of the role
The CTP Technical Claims Specialist oversees Youis CTP claims portfolio ensuring sound technical decisions compliance with legislation and best practice in injury claims. Working closely with our third-party provider the role involves reviewing complex claims guiding strategy supporting dispute resolution coaching staff and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

About you Experience & Knowledge:
- Minimum 2 years experience in CTP claims with strong technical capability
- Sound knowledge of CTP legislation processes and legal frameworks
- Proven ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
- High integrity accountability and professional judgement
- Legal degree (desired)
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach to risk and opportunity
- Comfortable in fast-paced change-driven environments
- Experience in coaching feedback and team support
- Skilled in data analysis quality assurance and audit practices (desired)
- Commitment to continuous learning and cross-functional collaboration

Youi offers a hybrid model: in-office Tuesday to Thursday remote Mondays and Fridays.
