Tanknology is the largest company in the world devoted to protecting the environment from fuel leaking out of tanks and piping systems. With operations covering the entire country we are growing and in need of good people in many areas of the U.S. who are looking for a rewarding career with the industry leader.
Currently we are in need of an Operations Manager for our local office. The ideal candidate will have experience either as a Field Service Technician or directing them. Key Responsibilities include:
- Utilize Proprietary software to establish work schedules for Field Technicians.
- Review test results prior to submittal to customers or regulatory agencies
- Notify customers and necessary agencies immediately upon confirmation of site failures.
- Receive and respond to customer calls and emails regarding testing and requests.
- Provide support to Field Techs for equipment and supplies as needed.
- Administrative Duties such as: Documentation of site failures record keeping confirmation of distribution of results and notifications.
Ideal Requirements:
- UST/AST/Petroleum Industry experience is a plus but not required.
- 1-3 Years experience managing Technicians.
- General understanding of technical and mechanical procedures with willingness to learn industry specific mechanics and regulations.
- Must work well as a team as well as in an individual setting.
- Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills as well as being able to communicate with all levels from Techs to customer to the CEO.
- Must be Proficient with MS Office.
