Director of Sales - Completion & MRO Services
Position: Director of Sales Completion & MROServices
Location: Indianapolis IN
Department: Comlux Completion
Reports To: VP Sales
Position Overview:
The Director of Sales is a key leadership role responsiblefor driving business growth in Comluxs Completion and MRO division with astrong focus on narrow-body VVIP aircraft. This role requires an experiencedresults-driven individual who can lead strategic sales initiatives expand ourglobal customer base and position Comlux as the premier provider ofmaintenance refurbishment and completion services. You will also contributeto the expansion into the large-cabin segment by building meaningfulpartnerships and delivering tailored client solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute global sales strategies to promote Comluxs VVIP completion and MRO capabilities with primary emphasis on narrow-body platforms at our Indianapolis facility.
- Expand presence across key markets in the Americas Europe Middle East and Asia by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals government officials and corporate clients.
- Collaborate with marketing design and engineering teams to develop compelling campaigns client presentations and engagement tools aligned with regional sales goals.
- Regularly report pipeline activity revenue forecasts and business insights to senior leadership while proactively identifying risks or strategic shifts needed.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer experience and reinforce Comluxs culture of craftsmanship integrity and precision in every client interaction.
- Foster collaborative relationships with design teams to ensure client expectations are met throughout the lifecycle of each project.
- Balance and prioritize multiple high-impact initiatives and client needs simultaneously in a fast-paced dynamic sales environment.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 710 years of experience in aviation sales with a proven track record in business development particularly within the VVIP completions or aircraft MRO sectors.
- Deep knowledge of the global business aviation market including key players trends and regulatory considerations in North America LATAM EMEA and APAC.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at C-level and build trust with a diverse client base including royal families heads of state and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation ability with the confidence to navigate complex multi-stakeholder deals.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings trade shows and strategic engagements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Business Aviation Management or Engineering.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar.
- Previous experience leading sales initiatives for narrow-body and/or wide-body VVIP aircraft refurbishment or completions.
