- Participate in all stages of product design and development from development of the MVP through building a scalable production system
- Research product development options and provide analysis for product direction
- Manage one or more teams of Software and Quality Craftsman; evaluate employee performance set expectations and goals for department as well as individual staff members recruit mentor train and discipline staff to ensure success
- Participate in committees and/or focus groups as requested
- Serve as an escalation point for third tier development and/or customer escalation situations needing development management attention
- Complete other job-related assignments and special projects as directed

- 2-5 years technical management experience
- Willing and ready to exemplify HHITs core values on a daily basis
- Responsible for protecting data entrusted to HHIT by customers or other parties by strictly adhering to HHITs data security and privacy policies and procedures as well as HIPAA PIPEDA and all other applicable law
- Speaking and writing English is a requirement for this position
- Minimum of two (2) year required in manager position before becoming eligible to be considered for a Senior manager or higher position
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
