We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as anInsurance Risk Analyst. This role will be based onsite at a large Marsh Real Estate client inBoston MA. This is an in-office role that requires working at least four days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level coordinating complex coordination and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
We will count on you to:
- Support the Managing Director in managing insurance risk handling day-to-day inquiries and overseeing insurance placements for real estate investments.
- Assist with the placement of project-specific portfolio-wide property liability environmental and terrorism insurance programs including data collection and exposure analysis.
- Manage the acquisition and disposition processes related to risk management review and negotiate contracts and work with brokers consultants and lenders.
- Oversee insurance premium processes including payment tracking and quarterly adjustments and support RFP requests presentations and special projects.
- Maintain data integrity within the Risk Management System (RMS) and support the debt lending insurance process.
What you need to have:
- Bachelors degree in risk management Business or Real Estate.
- 7-10 years of experience in commercial real estate insurance risk management or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of real estate construction insurance and commercial real estate insurance coverage.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
- Supervisory experience is preferred.
- ARM CRIS or CPCU designation is a plus.
