The Client Success Manager leads our Business Development team and ensures exceptional service delivery to our clients. This hybrid role combines team leadership with hands-on account management making it ideal for a strategic thinker who also enjoys building direct client relationships. In collaboration with all internal teams the Client Success Manager is responsible for managing the full client journey from onboarding to maintaining long-term account relationships. Reporting to and working alongside the President the person in this role brings a solution-driven approach and a strong focus on delivering exceptional service experiences for clients.

What we will expect from you:
Lead develop and mentor the Business Development team composed of multiple Account Managers and a (hardware/software) Procurement Specialist

Participation and engagement in weekly meetings to discuss issues review key performance indicators and drive progress on quarterly objectives
Maintain client satisfaction service level agreements and overall contractual service objectives

Detail-focused personality with a penchant for organization documentation and appreciation of processes

Ability to learn quickly with a love of taking on new challenges
Ability to prioritize pivot and systematically address the needs of Go Wests clients
What you will be doing:
Serve as the primary point of contact for select client accounts
Close engagement with key client contacts
Development of process procedures and best practices for client engagement and satisfaction
Monitor team performance and achieve team KPIs and metrics
Facilitate professional development of team members
Assist with organizational initiatives to increase the number of managed endpoints develop new service offerings and improve process/service
Support the development of client success tools documentation and training materials
Facilitate project process to meet client goals
Identify project issues and work with Engineers and Account Managers to find solutions
Oversee and assist Account Managers with:
Manage client onboarding process and deployment of services
Attend meetings with existing clients to understand their needs research and collaborate with technical team to recommend and present solutions in an inside sales capacity
Coordinate handoff of client requests and approved projects to the technical team assist with project management and the ultimate delivery of services
Serve as an escalation point for client questions concerns and requests
Service contract renewals
Management of client relationships on an ongoing basis through regular touch points business reviews and by acting as the client advocate
Oversee and assist Procurement Specialist with:
Quoting and procurement of client hardware requests
Quoting and procurement of client software requests
Other duties as assigned by the President
Qualifications we require from you:
Mastery in providing unquestionably amazing service to clients
Intrinsic drive for success and growth of a team
Top-shelf problem solving skills
Strong presentation meeting facilitation organizational and written communication skills
Minimum of 3 years in a managerial supervisor or leadership role
Minimum 3 years experience in client/customer success account management consulting solutions engineering or related field
MS-900 certification or willingness to obtain certification within the first 90 days of employment
ITIL 4 Foundation certification or willingness to obtain certification within the first 90 days of employment
Authorization to work in the United States
Preferred skills from you:
Project management
Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor management
Data analysis
Familiarity with Microsoft 365
