What Youll Do Make Every Renewal Count

  • Keep Customers for Life: Drive customer retention by building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction
  • Secure Renewals on Time: Manage and close renewal opportunities ensuring accurate and timely bookings
  • Grow Revenue: Identify upsell opportunities from additional seats to product upgrades to maximize customer value
  • Work Smarter with Sales: Collaborate with sales teams on programmatic upsell opportunities during renewals
  • Be the Partner Customers Trust: Work with our Customer Success Team to resolve issues and improve adoption
  • Think Ahead: Forecast renewal risks and opportunities to support business planning
  • Champion Our Partners: Prioritize renewal activities with channel partners to ensure seamless execution

What Youll Bring Your Winning Mindset

  • A customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
  • Proven experience in account management renewals or sales (preferably in a SaaS or tech environment)
  • The confidence to negotiate and influence while keeping customer success at the forefront
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment balancing multiple priorities to achieve goals
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office
