Make an Impact

As the PMO Planning and Governance Analyst you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of Endeavour Foundations organisation-wide project portfolio. You will be responsible for supporting the development maturation and implementation of project governance planning and assurance frameworks that align with our strategic goals working closely with business leaders and the Portfolio Governance Committee.

Key duties of this role will be to:

  • Support collaboration with business stakeholders to improve consistency and transparency in project decision-making and prioritisation through defined stage gates.
  • Lead resource demand planning and reporting to ensure capacity is aligned to organisation-wide portfolio delivery.
  • Responsible for portfolio program and project reporting ensuring that project managers and initiative owners provide accurate timely and consistent status updates in alignment with PMO standards and governance frameworks.
  • Work with the PMO Manager to ensure a consistent organisation-wide project management approach.
  • Monitor manage and report on project lessons learned to reduce risks and prevent repeat issues.
  • Manage the benefits framework and report on value delivered to the business at agreed intervals to the Project Governance Committee.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop a multi-year strategic approach to project investment planning.
  • Report on financial performance of the portfolio of programs and projects.

Youre a proactive and organised professional who can manage competing priorities support governance processes and keep projects on track. Your ability to coordinate stakeholders use data to inform decisions and maintain oversight across multiple initiatives will help ensure effective portfolio delivery.

To succeed in this role you will have:

  • Relevant qualifications in Portfolio Program or Project Governance (e.g. Prince2 PMP P3GP) and experience using project management tools such as MS Project Project Online and Project Accelerator.
  • Demonstrated experience in project and program governance including ownership of prioritisation processes resource allocation and delivery of project outcomes within scope timeframes and budget.
  • Proven experience in planning governance reporting and assurance activities that contribute to effective project delivery and risk mitigation.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify issues and opportunities develop practical solutions and drive strategic data insights that support informed decision-making.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders positively influence outcomes and communicate clearly across all levels of the organisation.

You will be required to undertake aFit2Work National Criminal History Check andhold or be willing to obtain aBlue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
