Membership Coordinator
Be the face of GREAT futures!
The Membership Coordinators primary responsibilities include an organized and professional approach to all aspects of the membershipoffice including providing support and information to administration programming parents and members.
Our Mission:To enable all young people especially those who need us most to reach their full potential as caring productive responsible citizens.
These are some of the additional responsibilites of the Membership Coordinator:
- Train staff on cash handling E Reqs bank deposits and financial policies and procedures.
- Manage membership application process in applicant tracking software receive payments and other related documents up to and including Childrens Cabinet.
- Regularly update member information in the applicant tracking software system.
- Provide support to the finance department on various financial tasks as needed.
- Assist with gym and fitness facilities operations and functions as needed.
- Regularly interface with parents members community leaders and all Club staff
- Membership staff management
- Ensuring a well maintained clean safe andsecure environment
- All BGCTM employees have the responsibility to help maintain the safety of our members and staff and ensure an optimal experience for all.

- Salary starts at $38500.00 per year.

- This role can be either full time.While we always aim for consistent schedules to promotebalance the shift for this position may vary.

Qualifications
We have great staff that can teach you skills on the job but there are some traits that will make you more successful as a Membership Coordinator:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelors degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience working with the Boys & Girls Club preferred.
- You are a fun energetic and excited individual
- You want to pursue a career in data entry billing and accounts payable
- You have a passion for building a better community
- You have the ability to communicate and cooperate with children other staff and parents.
- Minimum of 17 years or older
As part of our commitment to child and member safety there are some additional steps that all hires will be asked to complete:
- You will need to provide 3 references. These references should be professional references if you have work experience. If you dont have work experience these references can be any non-family member over the age of 18 who can speak to your character and professionalism.
- You will also be asked to complete a drug screen background check and fingerprint check.
