Key Account Manager will be responsible in keeping the existing accounts growing by spotting new opportuntieis and offering more of what the customers are expecting and what they need.
The Challenges
- Prepare sales material presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with clients ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Respond to inquiries and manage RFQs (Request for Quotes) ensuring quick and effective communication with clients.
- Follow up on all stages of the sales cycle including lead generation quoting coordination with operational staff project implementation and the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency across processes.
- Develop new business and identify potential clients to enhance the existing customer base.
- Implement strategies and tactics to meet and ideally exceed annual revenue and sales targets.
- Manage accounts receivable follow-up to ensure timely client payments and maintain healthy cash flow.
Making sure communication flows smoothly and follow-ups are done promptly.
What It Takes
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration Logistics or Supply Chain related discipline with at least 6 years doing Key Acccount Management within the freight forwarding industry
- Self-motivated and ability to work effectively and efficiently in a diverse environment
Strong problem-solving skills and absolutely needs to have a can-do attitude
