As part of our Digital Demand Transformation the Global D-Comm (Ecommerce) & Search Manager serves as a strategic center of excellence for Connected Commerce and Search Excellence across for Mars Food & Nutrition. The role leads the Global Connected Commerce and Search Strategy Development and Execution execution best practices key partnerships and governance model to ensure consistency scalability innovation and high-performance of dComm and Search initiatives to support all our regions and markets. The Global D-Comm & Search Manager will work closely with different functions such as Regional Marketing and Sales Teams.

What will be your key responsibilities
- Lead our Commerce Commerce Model and Best Practices including Perfect Shelf Retail Media Social Commerce and Commerce Innovation Pipeline across all dComm distribution outlets including Marketplaces Grocery QComm Direct etc.
- Define and Maintain our Search Strategy and Best Practices including SEO SEM AI Social and Future Innovation and support on Website Recommendations.
- Oversee the development and implementation of a new digital content workflow to support execution including the integration of AI-enabled tools and technologies in partnership with The Kitchen
- Oversee the selection requirements and support of global dComm& Search platforms (e.g. headless commerce search engine providers) that cater to multi-region scalability localization and multi-currency requirements in partnership with Global Digital Team.
- Lead Always on Performance Monitoring including KPIs Dashboards and Optimization Guidelines and ensure regional compliance to best practice.
- Partner with Regions on Website UX to ensure best practices for content and Search Optimization.
- Act as the primary escalation point for regional dComm and search teams providing strategic guidance on complex issues (e.g. major platform upgrades localized Search challenges technology and analytics issues).
- Create and maintain a centralized dComm & Search knowledge base (FAQs how-to guides recorded training modules case studies) accessible to all regions
- Develop and Build key Partner relationships to support Global and Regional Teams including Amazon Uber Eats Tesco Walmart TikTok Shop etc in partnership with Sales and Marketing Teams.

- Will lead and work through cross-functional Digital Demand Leadership team
- A high degree of influence is required in this role and excellent working relationships with a diverse cross-functional team
- High degree of connection and collaboration with Regional Marketing and Sales Global DT & Global Marketing teams
- As a member of the global digital demand team the role will be key to lead a transformation agenda across the food business (e.g. digital transformation enabled by data and analytics).
