POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Help Desk Technician plays a crucial role in supporting and maintaining technology equipment software and systems to enhance teaching learning and the schools daily operations. This position requires strong problem-solving skills customer service and technical expertise.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Education and Experience
3 years of technology support experience in a K-12 educational environment with increasing responsibility.
Degree in MIS Computer Science related technical field or equivalent professional experience. (Preferred)
Proficiency in Mac OS X Windows iOS Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace and various software applications.
Experience supporting Google Workspace for Education or other cloud-based environments.
Basic knowledge of networking. Soft Skills & Professional Attributes
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently.
Strong time management skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
Flexibility to adapt to new and rapidly changing technologies.
