Job Description

Education: Bachelors degree in organizational development communications or a related field

Experience: 7 years of change management experience including 3 years on large-scale cross-functional initiatives and expertise in business analysis risk mitigation training design and stakeholder engagement

Skills: Strong project management communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving successful adoption of organizational changes related to processes systems technologies job roles and structures.
  • This role focuses on the people side of change to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistanceultimately increasing ROI value creation and achievement of business outcomes.
  • The role applies structured change management methodologies and tools to develop and execute strategies impact assessments stakeholder analyses and communication plans that support adoption while minimizing business disruption. Core responsibilities include leading the development and execution of comprehensive change plans monitoring execution and readiness and integrating change management activities into broader project plans.
  • The role involves partnering with key stakeholders to assess change impact manage resistance and build organizational capability. It includes developing and managing communications providing coaching to leaders and frontline managers and supporting training and user adoption initiatives.
  • The Change Management Lead also defines and tracks success metrics monitors progress and serves as an escalation point for project-related change issues.
  • This position requires at least 7 years of change management experience including 3 years on large-scale cross-functional initiatives and expertise in business analysis risk mitigation training design and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong project management communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
  • A bachelors degree in organizational development communications or a related field is typically required and up to 20% travel may be necessary.
