A well-known manufacturer is looking to add an Engineering Service Manager to their team.
Duties:

A well-known manufacturer is looking to add an Engineering Service Manager to their team.
Duties:
- Manage on site engineering resources related to services such as laboratory RMAS airworthiness and configuration management
- Develop engineering standards and tools
- Accountable for the knowledge management process at all stages of product life cycle
- Responsible for the engineering tools such as CAD PLM CFD or customized tools
- Identify create or update procedures/instructions with the help of extended engineering team
- Contribute to the skills strategy definition and its deployment
- Manage engineering services allocation sizing and skills based on needs and priorities
- Technical review and approval of engineering report
- Measure department performance through indicators and implement improvement plans in accordance with targets
