Job Description
We re Hiring: Service Engineer / Senior Service Engineer
Role: Service Engineer / Senior Service Engineer
Location: Open to relocation anywhere in India willing to travel 15-20 days per month
Joining Date: Immediate
Age: Below 35 years
Qualification: Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical Electrical or related Engineering fields
Experience: 4-5 years in the manufacturing industry specializing in maintenance of crushers screens and
pumps
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective support
Conduct field service maintenance and equipment repair
Ensure systems remain operational and efficient
Perform periodic visits to customer sites as per SOP
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless issue resolution
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication & coordination skills
Hands-on experience in wet processing technologies (preferred)
Ability to analyse and resolve technical problems efficiently
Strong customer-centric approach
