Our success is built on people: those who show up work hard and lead with integrity. We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to join our growing organization.

The Recruitment Manager will lead Allegiance Industries internal recruitment efforts across both corporate and field operations. This is an onsite leadership role based at our Columbia SC headquarters. Youll manage a team of three recruiters work closely with hiring managers across departments and ensure our recruitment processes are efficient compliant and aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee and support recruitment for corporate janitorial electrical and security roles across multiple states.

  • Team Leadership: Directly manage train and support a team of three recruiters. Provide coaching accountability and professional development.

  • Strategic Hiring Partnership: Collaborate with department heads field leaders and HR to understand current and future hiring needs.

  • Process Optimization: Standardize recruiting procedures ensure ATS utilization and report on hiring metrics.

  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a professional timely and engaging process for all applicants.

  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal state and company-specific hiring policies and procedures.

  • Branding Support: Partner with marketing and operations to support employer branding initiatives and job marketing strategies.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience with 2 years in a leadership or managerial role

  • Proven success recruiting across various departments and job types (including high-volume and hourly roles)

  • Experience managing a recruiting team and building internal partnerships

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) job boards and recruiting tools

  • Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter platform

  • Strong organizational interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work onsite full-time in Columbia SC
