Join our varied customer service team in Wortham Texas working within the Other MSD division at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc.

Discover Impactful Work:

We are seeking an extraordinary skilled and motivated Test Technician II. You will play a key role in ensuring detailed operations by evaluating and testing equipment to resolve and efficiently implement corrective actions.

A day in the Life:

Conduct tests on various equipment to ensure detailed functionality.

Rigorously detail test results and successfully communicate findings.

Collaborate with team members to fix and resolve technical issues.

Maintain strict alignment to safety guidelines and procedures.

Keys to Success:

Education

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

Experience

  • 2 years engineering experience parts management repairing troubleshooting etc.
  • Computer skills/knowledge
  • Requires good judgment and lateral thinking to develop solutions to problems.
  • Consistent track record to contend in a fast-paced complex nuance environment.
  • High Reaching approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Validated experience in equipment testing and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with multidisciplinary and multicultural.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment
