The opportunity:
We are seeking a CRM Analyst to manage and optimize our Salesforce platformensuring it aligns with business objectives and enhances customer relationshipmanagement processes. The CRM Analyst will work closely with salesmarketing and customer support teams to provide actionable in-sightsstreamline workflows and improve the overall Salesforce visibility.
How youll make an impact:
Configure maintain and manage the Salesforce platform to meetorganizational needs.
Analyze Salesforce data to provide insights and recommendations that drivesales and marketing strategies.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performanceindicators (KPIs) for sales marketing and customer support teams.
Monitor CRM usage and user activity identifying areas for improvement ortraining.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes andsuggest enhancements within Salesforce.
Implement solutions to streamline workflows improve efficiency and enhancethe user experience.
Support integration of Salesforce with other business tools and platforms.
Provide training and support to Salesforce users to maximize platform adoptionand effectiveness.
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues escalating as needed. Document processes best practices and training materials.
Work with leadership to align CRM strategies with business trends and opportunities to enhance customer relationships andimprove sales effectiveness.
Stay updated on Salesforce features updates and industry best practices to recommend improvements.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background:
Bachelors degree in business Information Systems or a related field.
4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Analyst (desirable) or a relevant role experience
Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salesforce Administrator Certification is highly desirable.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
