RESPONSIBILITIES OF TECHNICIAN MENTORS:
Serve as a positive role model and/or teammate
Teach lead and manage a team of lower experience technicians that repair vehicles with you
Perform any body repairs frame repairs or structural replacements
Quality control
Write accurate and complete assessment of work completed
Along with the Body Shop Manager conduct team meetings
Maintain current training on safety for role
Maintain certification and training for necessary programs
Be proficient in ICAR and Manufacturer repair procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
5 years of experience in the automotive industry as a technician required
Teaching experience is a plus
Valid drivers license
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time
