- Serve as a positive role model and/or teammate
- Teach lead and manage a team of lower experience technicians that repair vehicles with you
- Perform any body repairs frame repairs or structural replacements
- Quality control
- Write accurate and complete assessment of work completed
- Along with the Body Shop Manager conduct team meetings
- Maintain current training on safety for role
- Maintain certification and training for necessary programs
- Be proficient in ICAR and Manufacturer repair procedures
- 5 years of experience in the automotive industry as a technician required
- Teaching experience is a plus
- Valid drivers license
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time
