Carpenter

We are seeking skilled Commercial Carpenters with experience in framing wood and metal studs drop ceilings as well as drywall and ceiling repair. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction and be capable of performing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Must have drop ceiling experience.

Shift: 9pm-6am

Key Responsibilities:

• Frame wood and metal studs for commercial construction projects
• Install and repair drywall ensuring a smooth durable finish
• Perform ceiling repairs and installation including drop ceilings
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Work collaboratively with a team to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• 5 years of commercial sheetrock and metal framing experience
• Proven experience in commercial carpentry including framing drywall installation and drop ceilings
• Proficiency in working with wood and metal studs
• Strong knowledge of construction safety practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various physical conditions
