Carpenter

Job Description:
Were seeking a well-rounded carpenter experienced in framing acoustical ceiling installation drywall and the installation of doors and windows. This role involves working on residential commercial hospitality remodel and renovation projects with out-of-state travel at times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Frame walls ceilings and other structural components.

• Install acoustical ceilings in commercial spaces.

• Hang tape and finish drywall.

• Install doors windows and associated hardware.

• Install cabinetry tile stairs.

• Contribute to residential commercial & hospitality remodel/renovation projects.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.

• Travel out of state as needed for specific projects.
  

Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial carpentry.

• Expertise in framing acoustical ceilings drywall doors and windows.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

• Valid drivers license and flexibility to travel as required.

• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.
  

Essential Physical & Cognitive Requirements

• Continuous lifting pulling pushing of objects

• Ability to individually lift and/or carry 50lbs

• Ability to multi-task read write calculate data have reliable & predictable attendance
