• Perform cabinet refacing including veneering cabinet boxes and installing new doors and drawer fronts
• Install base and wall cabinets crown molding toe kicks trim hardware and cabinet accessories
• Maintain a clean organized and protected worksite
• Communicate with our project manager for daily updates or change orders
• Work efficiently while upholding high standards of quality and professionalism

• 3 years of experience in cabinet installation and/or cabinet refacing
• Skilled in trim carpentry and related finish work
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow plans or diagrams
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Must take personal pride in a job well done the first time
• Reliable transportation and own set of tools

• Cabinet painting experience
• Wood refinishing experience
• Tile backsplash installation experience
• Drywall installation experience
• LVP and other flooring installation experience

• Consistent high-quality project pipeline
• Support from a detail-oriented and organized office team
