QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree from a recognized accredited college or university;
- Valid Texas teaching certification;
- Minimum of 3-5 years of successful teaching experience; prior coaching or leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrate success in school improvement initiatives and/or instructional coaching
- Deep knowledge of instructional best practices student data analysis and effective intervention design.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and collaboration with diverse teams.

$64206 IA-3
Salary Range (based on experience) as set by the Board of Trustees for the school year
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Collaborate with campus staff to identify campus-specific challenges that hinder student growth and performance.
- Partner with instructional leadership teams to design and implement strategic systems and structures that promote sustainable school improvement.
- Monitor and report school progress using the districts school monitoring system including analysis of classroom walkthrough data and instructional trends.
- Analyze assessment data to guide instructional planning student grouping intervention design and strategic lesson delivery aligned to state standards.
- Provide instructional coaching through planning support co-teaching and modeling of effective instructional practices.
- Support teachers with classroom management to contribute to effective learning environments.
- Design and facilitate campus-based professional development aligned to instructional goals and teacher needs.
- Reinforce high expectations and accountability through continuous coaching actionable feedback and support effective instructional delivery.
- Facilitate collaborative data reviews with campus staff and stakeholders to identify trends and inform instructional improvement strategies.
- Assist in promoting a positive school culture focused on academic achievement.
- Support the development of student supports both academic and behavioral interventions to meet individual and school-wide instructional needs.
- Utilize video-based reflection tools to enhance teacher instructional best practices and professional growth.
- Communicate campus instructional needs and priorities with district staff.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of School Improvement and Transformation.
Regular and reliable attendance is an essential job function for both campus-based support and responsibilities and district-based support and responsibilities.
