The Role:
As a key member of the Growth Marketing team you are responsible for the planning coordination and execution of EMEA events ensuring they run smoothly and meet our objectives. This includes tasks like venue selection budget management vendor coordination and on-site supervision as well as all logistics marketing and post-event evaluation.
What Youll Do:
Develop and implement events strategies in alignment with the companys business goals and marketing moments
Drive the end-to-end event process from initial strategy to event ideation and execution
Maintain a thoughtful cadence and calendar of events that ladder up to overall company goals and major company and marketing moments
Oversee event logistics including registration and attendee tracking presentation and materials support pre- and post-event evaluations and reporting
Manage relationships with external vendors and 3rd parties where needed
Establish success criteria and analyze event impact; prepare stakeholder and executive-level post-event follow up and make recommendations for improvement.
Ideal Qualifications:
4-7 years of experience managing events for a B2B software company.
Detail-oriented organized and able to concurrently manage multiple projects through completion each quarter
Comfortable analyzing data and reporting on event performance
Expertise in hosting and navigating both in-person and virtual events with an innovative approach to creative hybrid experiences and out-of-the-box ideas to engage our external providers
Must be a self-starter highly motivated able to turn on a dime think through problems and come up with innovative solutions and deliver against very tight deadlines
Bias for action high attention to detail and exhibit clear ability to manage multiple projects at once
Bring fresh ideas to the table in order to test and learn from while also exhibiting strong ownership over the work completed.
Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate cross-functionally
