How this role transforms workplaces:
HRIS Specialist is responsible for providing tier II support for all client-facing technology offerings Xenium provides through its HRPayroll program including payroll processing and several integrated HRIS modules. This position supports as a technical escalation point for our Payroll Benefits and HR service teams to resolve and troubleshoot functionality concerns related to payroll processing reporting new hire onboarding timekeeping benefits enrollment and more. The HRIS Specialist assists with testing of system changes report writing and analyzing data accuracy. Working collaboratively with all service teams is critical to ensure a high level of expertise and knowledge essential to serve Xenium clients. This role is expected to support the day-to-day needs help identify innovations that enhance current HRIS functionality and support process improvements.

Xenium HR is committed to providing a competitive compensation package. The starting salary for this role ranges from $28.50-$31.98/hour based on skills/knowledge years of experience and ensuring pay equity within the organization.
