- Optimize manufacturing processes organizational structure and KPIs.
- Lead and manage production scheduling shipping/receiving and materials usage.
- Drive strategic improvements in safety quality cost control and delivery.
- Build and develop a strong leadership team; set clear performance expectations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives through Lean and operational excellence.
- Oversee capital projects plant upgrades and resource planning.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal safety and environmental policies.
- Promote strong cross-functional communication and team collaboration.
- Manage plant budgets labor planning and P&L performance.
- Use data and root cause analysis to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
- Foster a culture of accountability recognition and customer-centric service.
- Serve as a liaison between the plant and senior leadership providing regular performance updates.
- Bachelors degree in engineering operations or related discipline preferred.
- 5 7 years of manufacturing/operations leadership experience.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in plastic injection molding.
- Proven ability to lead teams manage budgets and achieve production goals.
- Strong communication analytical and decision-making skills.
- Expertise in conflict resolution change management and continuous improvement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard manufacturing software systems.
