As a Junior Product Marketeer you will support the planning execution and optimization of marketing strategies for our womens health portfolio which include products in areas such as contraception menopause fertility uterine health and osteoporosis. Job Purpose
The Junior Product Marketeer supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives that drive awareness education and adoption of products within the womens health portfolio. Working closely with cross-functional teams (medical sales global) the role contributes to the implementation of brand strategies development of promotional materials and coordination of campaigns that address the specific needs of women at various life stages. This position is ideal for someone eager to make a meaningful impact in healthcare while building a solid foundation in pharmaceutical marketing.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Support Brand Strategy Execution
Implementing marketing plans and brand campaigns in alignment with global and local strategy. - Market Analysis
Monitor market trends and customer insights to inform tactical decisions and opportunities. - Material Development & Adaptation
Create develop adapt and localize promotional materials (e.g. brochures digital content sales aids) in compliance with regulatory standards. - Product Launch Support
Contribute to the planning and coordination of product launches and lifecycle management activities. - Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales teams medical affairs regulatory and external agencies as well as third parties to ensure cohesive and compliant execution of marketing initiatives. - Digital Marketing Assistance
Create/develop digital campaigns and support performance monitoring of those campaigns social media content and website updates. - Event Coordination
Assist in organizing congresses webinars and promotional events (both physical and virtual) for healthcare professionals. - Budget Tracking
Support the tracking of marketing expenses and budget alignment.
Minimum Requirements (Experience & Education)
- You hold a Bachelor or Master degree in a marketing or medical related orientation
- You have a first marketing experience (in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus)
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English Dutch and French are required
- You are a team player but also able to work autonomously and to manage different projects simultaneously
- Think out of the box and come up with creative solutions
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Affinity of digital marketing and social media is an asset
