- Great opportunity for a Nuclear Medicine tech to sit for the NMTCB(CT) boards as a student enrolled with College of Health Professions.
- Rotating schedule 8-hour day
- Occasional overtime
- No weekends or call
- Location: Syracuse NY
- Great working environment in a PET/CT and SPECT/CT outpatient department at Specialty Services Center.
- Private office with M-F rotating schedule between the hours of 6am and 5pm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Performs all duties with hybrid imaging in a PET/CT and SPECT/CT outpatient department
- Calculates orders administers and records radioactive isotopes
- Instructs patients on proper exam preparations
- Verify physician orders for procedures as well as properly identifying patient.
- Performs all required quality control procedures
- Maintains compliance with continuing education requirements
Required:
- Minimum Qualifications: CNMT or ARRT(N) and NYS DOH (Nuclear Medicine) License current CPR certification. NO PET experience necessary will train.
- Preferred Qualifications: NMTCB(CT) or ARRT(CT).

Near the largest state fair the New York State Fair and many well known universities and colleges. Explore a world of art theater music photography history nature and play in Rochester New York. From standing in the parlor where Susan B. Anthony was arrested to listening to great jazz on the streets. Rochester is located on the Southern shore of Lake Ontario and sits at the center of the historic Erie Canal.
