Job Description

Lead and support Identity & Access Management (IAM) operations with a strong focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) implementation and administration.

Design and develop access rules workflows policies roles certifications and custom provisioning logic within SailPoint IIQ.

Drive connector configurations third-party integrations and deployment activities.

Develop and manage source code build processes and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Git Jenkins Drone Terraform and CloudFormation.

Ensure proper runbook documentation for daily IAM operations.

Monitor and remediate elevated access findings through governance tools.

Collaborate with business stakeholders IAM teams and external vendors for IAM project delivery.

Translate technical details into business language and vice versa for effective communication across teams.

Participate in Agile ceremonies story writing backlog grooming using Azure DevOps or similar Agile tools.

Proven expertise in Identity Governance and SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).

Hands-on experience in developing and managing rules roles workflows policies and certifications in IIQ.

Strong background in BeanShell scripting or any object-oriented programming language.

Experience with multi-instance frameworks and LogiPlex applications.

Familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA Bitbucket Bamboo).

Sound knowledge of databases (Oracle SQL Sybase) application servers and networking basics.

Strong understanding of source code management and deployment architecture.
