Case
Candidate will join the Admin & Customer Service Applications Team which is responsible for internal tools supporting Operations and Customer Support. The team focuses on modernizing internal systems and scaling service delivery.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining Java backend services for internal support tools.
- Refactoring legacy components to enhance performance readability and maintainability.
- Designing and implementing scalable APIs and integrating with other IDT systems.
- Collaborating with customer care and product teams to deliver new features and continuous improvements.
- Contributing to the architectural evolution of critical internal applications.
- Documenting code systems and workflows to support team-wide knowledge sharing.

Technical requirements:
Must-haves:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Java backend development.
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring ecosystem including Spring Boot Data and Security.
- Hands-on experience with both relational and NoSQL databases including writing efficient SQL.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
- Familiarity with GraphQL.
- Competency in using version control systems build tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven ability to navigate debug and refactor legacy codebases.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with XML-based service interfaces.
- Understanding of call center systems or financial transaction processing.
- Exposure to containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Interest in system re-architecture or involvement in gradual migration projects.
