Job Description

Data Support Lead

Jersey City NJ 4 days onsite

Contract

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Informatica IICS and Snowflake.

Proficiency in Oracle SQL PL/SQL and performance tuning.

Solid understanding of UNIX/Linux environments and shell scripting.

Exposure to SAP BODS and ability to support migrated workflows.

Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident Problem Change Management).

Experience in production support monitoring tools and ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow).

Excellent communication coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.

Certifications in Informatica Snowflake or Oracle are a plus.

Experience in 24x7 support environments with shift-based operations.
