We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive our growth initiatives. This role involves identifying new business opportunities building client relationships and contributing to the company's strategic objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote Lemolite's services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in business development or sales preferably in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Understanding of IT consulting services and client needs.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
