We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Business Development Executive to join our team and contribute to expanding our client base.
Identify qualify and generate new business opportunities in IT services especially QA and testing domains.
Perform extensive lead generation via LinkedIn emails calls and other digital platforms.
Maintain and grow a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools and lead tracking systems.
Engage in cold calling email campaigns and social selling to establish initial contact and generate meetings.
Work closely with the sales and technical teams to understand service offerings and client requirements.
Schedule and coordinate introductory and follow-up meetings with potential clients.
Assist in preparing pitch decks proposals and presentations for client meetings.
Research industry trends market intelligence and competition to identify new growth areas.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (MBA is a plus).
0 5 years of relevant experience in Business Development preferably in IT services or B2B companies.
Strong understanding of IT services software development QA/testing and digital solutions.
Proven experience in lead generation cold outreach and prospecting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Self-driven with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Comfortable with hybrid work culture and flexible with in-office days as required.
