Job Role: BDE/Team Lead
Location: Kolkata
CTC: 3.5 LPA - 4.5 LPA
Experience: Min 1 year (Home Loan Sales)
Responsibilities:

Generate leads and convert them for home loan products.

Client meetings follow-ups & documentation.

Achieve monthly targets.
Requirements:

Min 1 year experience in home loan sales.

Good communication skills.

Field sales exposure preferred.
2. Team Leader (Home Loan Sales)
Location: Kolkata
CTC: Up to 4.5 LPA
Experience: 2–3 years (Team Handling Preferred)
Responsibilities:

Manage and guide BDE team.
-
Drive home loan sales and meet targets.
-
Regular field visits and performance tracking.
Requirements:
-
2–3 years experience in home loan sales.
-
Team handling experience preferred.
-
Strong leadership and communication skills
