Upstaff is Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Working Hours: 6:30 PM 2:30 AM IST (Eastern Standard Time)
Salary:per month

As we grow were looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and drive our client acquisition efforts in the US and Canadian markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities in the US and Canada
Conduct outbound sales calls and email campaigns to engage prospects
Manage and track activities using Zoho CRM
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies
Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment services
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in US & Canadian sales
Strong command of English (spoken and written)
Proficient in CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Experience in the recruitment/staffing industry is a strong plus
