SAP BDE Consultant in IT Consulting in Indore Madhya Pradesh
Salary range: 5 L 8 L per year.

In-person day shift 5 6 days/week

A SAP Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying developing and managing new business opportunities related to SAP solutions and services. They work closely with sales marketing and technical teams to drive revenue growth and expand the companys SAP business.

Job Description: SAP Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development & Sales:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for SAP products and services.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients partners and stakeholders.
    • Drive sales growth by understanding customer requirements and proposing suitable SAP solutions.
  2. Market Research & Strategy:
    • Analyze market trends competitor offerings and customer needs to develop go-to-market strategies.
    • Work with internal teams to position SAP solutions effectively.
    • Develop business strategies to target key industries and accounts.
  3. Client Relationship Management:
    • Engage with clients to understand their pain points and business objectives.
    • Provide product presentations and demonstrations to showcase SAP solutions.
    • Build long-term relationships to enhance customer retention.
  4. Collaboration & Coordination:
    • Work closely with sales pre-sales and technical teams to develop tailored proposals.
    • Coordinate with SAP partners and vendors for joint business opportunities.
    • Ensure smooth handover of new clients to the delivery and implementation teams.
  5. Revenue & Target Achievement:
    • Meet and exceed sales targets revenue goals and business KPIs.
    • Prepare sales forecasts reports and pipelines for management review.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  6. SAP Solution Knowledge:
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP products modules and industry trends.
    • Educate customers about the value and ROI of SAP solutions.
    • Stay updated on SAP innovations and emerging technologies.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business IT or related fields (MBA is a plus).
  • 2 years of experience in SAP sales business development or IT consulting.
  • Strong understanding of SAP solutions (SAP ERP S/4HANA SAP Cloud etc.).
  • Proven track record in sales lead generation and deal closures.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.


Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working in SAP implementation or SAP partner companies.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific SAP solutions (Manufacturing Retail Finance etc.).
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce SAP CRM etc.)
