We are looking for a dedicated Live Interaction Support to join Ready Real Estate in Dallas. As a Live Interaction Support you will play a crucial role in providing real-time assistance to clients and ensuring their queries are promptly addressed. This position is vital for maintaining high customer satisfaction levels and fostering positive relationships with clients in the commercial real estate industry.

As a Live Interaction Support at Ready Real Estate you will be involved in engaging with clients through various communication channels such as live chat phone calls and emails. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service resolving issues efficiently and providing accurate information to clients. This role offers a dynamic work environment where you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects and collaborate closely with the sales and customer service teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide real-time support via live chat phone and email.
  • Assist clients in navigating the companys website and online platforms.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collect and document client feedback to improve services and processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs effectively.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized interactions.
