Now Hiring: Sales Development Manager Mexico LATAM Tech Sales!


Are you a dynamic sales leader with expertise in Inbound and Outbound Sales Do you have experience in Enterprise Sales and a passion for driving business growth in the tech industry If so we want to hear from you!


About the Role:

As a Sales Development Manager for Mexico and LATAM you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. You ll lead a team of high-performing sales professionals develop strategies to convert leads into long-term customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our sales approach.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective inbound and outbound sales strategies
  • Lead train and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the tech industry
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine lead generation and sales processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise-level clients
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to refine the sales approach




Requirements

What We re Looking For:


Proven expertise in Inbound and Outbound Sales (Tech Sales) in Mexico LATAM region

Experience in Enterprise Sales (Business-to-Business / B2B Sales) in Mexico LATAM region

Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and managing high-performing sales teams

Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish proficient in negotiation and relationship-building skills

Open to local and international travel

Ability to analyze data and optimize sales performance
