About the Role:
As a Sales Development Manager for Mexico and LATAM you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. You ll lead a team of high-performing sales professionals develop strategies to convert leads into long-term customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our sales approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective inbound and outbound sales strategies
- Lead train and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the tech industry
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine lead generation and sales processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise-level clients
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to refine the sales approach
Requirements
What We re Looking For:
Proven expertise in Inbound and Outbound Sales (Tech Sales) in Mexico LATAM region
Experience in Enterprise Sales (Business-to-Business / B2B Sales) in Mexico LATAM region
Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and managing high-performing sales teams
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish proficient in negotiation and relationship-building skills
Open to local and international travel
Ability to analyze data and optimize sales performance
