The Construction Manager will oversee and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on-site ensuring projects are executed safely on time within budget and according to quality standards. This role focuses on managing on-site personnel subcontractors and logistics while working closely with Project Managers and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily construction operations for assigned projects ensuring adherence to schedule budget and quality requirements.
Supervise site activities and coordinate the work of subcontractors laborers and site staff.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company safety policies on all construction sites.
Monitor site logistics including material deliveries equipment usage and site housekeeping.
Implement quality control processes conducting regular inspections to ensure work meets specifications and standards.
Liaise with Project Managers engineers and clients to report progress resolve issues and facilitate smooth communication.
Assist in resource planning and allocation to optimize workforce and equipment utilization.
Track daily progress and report any delays risks or issues to the Project Manager promptly.
Support the preparation of project documentation and reports related to construction activities.
Help identify and solve problems on-site proactively to minimize delays and additional costs.

Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in construction management or site supervision preferably on residential commercial or industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods site safety and quality standards.
Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively.
Good understanding of construction schedules and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Basic financial awareness related to cost control and resource management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management software is a plus.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Hands-on practical approach with strong problem-solving skills.
