Symphony-Solution is seeking an enthusiastic and tech-savvy Live Chat Agent to provide real-time support to our website visitors and clients. As the first point of contact you will help users with inquiries provide guidance on services and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely accurate and professional manner
Understand company services to effectively assist clients and prospects
Troubleshoot issues or route queries to the appropriate internal teams
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
Collaborate with sales development and support teams for accurate information sharing
Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and contribute to team goals
Previous experience in customer service live chat support or a similar role
Excellent written communication skills and fast typing speed
Tech-savvy and familiar with using CRM and chat tools
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Bachelor s degree preferred but not required
