We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Event Coordinator to join our team in Madison WI. In this role you will be responsible for planning organizing and executing events that align with our clients objectives and our companys standards. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills creative thinking and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute corporate events conferences and client meetings from concept to completion
Coordinate with vendors venues and internal departments to ensure event success
Manage event timelines budgets and logistics
Prepare promotional materials agendas and event documentation
Oversee on-site event operations setup and breakdown
Handle post-event reports feedback collection and continuous improvement planning
Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations during events
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Marketing Communications or a related field
2 years of experience in event coordination or a similar role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event planning tools
Flexibility to work evenings or weekends when required
