You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWere looking for a sharp analytical and hungry Junior Media Buyer to join our fast-paced performance marketing team. If you love testing ad angles scaling winning campaigns and obsessing over metrics like CTR CPL ROI then this role is built for you.
Your focus will be launching and optimizing paid social ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok with hands-on support from senior buyers. Youll work closely with a copywriter and a performance marketing designer but we are looking for someone who will roll up their sleeves and create their own assets too.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who understands the power of direct response marketing and wants to learn how to drive meaningful revenue and profit.
Key Responsibilities:
Launch manage and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok Ads Manager
Collaborate with the rest of the performance marketing team to test different hooks formats and angles
Monitor KPIs daily and make recommendations on budget allocation ad rotation and audience expansion
Analyze ad performance and identify opportunities to lower CPL and increase ROI
Build reports and share insights with senior buyers and internal stakeholders
Stay up to date with platform changes algorithm updates and emerging trends in performance marketing
Come up with your own ad ideas and creatives for paid social channels (Meta TikTok YouTube etc.)
Qualifications :
Requirements:
This is an entry level position ideally you will have 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising with a focus on social media platforms (Meta Instagram)
Organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to analyze data extract insights and apply changes based on performance
