Job Description
Experience: 7 Years
Location: Pune
As our ServiceNow Test Lead you will:
- Develop comprehensive test plans covering functional regression integration and performance testing for our ServiceNow platform.
- Lead and mentor a team of testers ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Create detailed test cases and scripts based on user stories and acceptance criteria while managing defects effectively.
- Leverage ServiceNows Automated Test Framework to create and maintain automated test scripts improving testing efficiency.
- Collaborate with project managers developers and stakeholders to align testing with project goals and timelines.
- Provide regular updates on testing progress including test coverage defect status and quality assessments while ensuring compliance with testing standards and best practices.
