Assist in the development and implementation of goals policies priorities and procedures relating to financial management budget accounting and/or payroll
Supervise and participate in the preparation of various financial statements and reports
Direct the installation and maintenance of accounting records to show receipts and expenditures
Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness
Implement and monitor control systems to prevent fraud and manage resources
Prepare and review budget revenue expense payroll entries invoices and other accounting documents
Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff vendors and clients
Resolve accounting discrepancies
Recommend develop and maintain financial databases computer software systems and manual filing systems
Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits
Assist in the management of the department budget and forecasts
Qualifications :
Proven experience as an assistant director of finance finance manager in luxury hotel
In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles laws and best practices
Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP)
An analytical mind with a strategic ability
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
