Job Description
- As part of your thesis you will carry out a feasibility study on the Workplace of Tomorrow. The focus will be on the design and evaluation of a digital assistant that supports purchasing processes and assists buyers. The aim of the work is to analyze how an AI-based agent can be integrated into a buyers daily tasks.
- You will focus on the technical requirements for integrating (e.g. accessing internal systems data sources interfaces).
- In addition you will have the potential to automate typical purchasing tasks - what can be done today what can be done in the future what technology requirements are necessary.
- Furthermore you will be able to generate and visualize recommendations for actions such as user interaction - how the agent communicates with the buyer and feasibility assessment - what tools interfaces technologies and data are required.
- Last but not least the results will be documented in the form of a structured feasibility study including recommendations for prototype implementation.
Qualifications :
- Education: studies in the field of Business Informatics Computer Science Industrial Engineering or comparable
- Experience and Knowledge: initial experience of process analysis artificial intelligence or software architecture is an advantage; ideally initial exposure to tools such as Synthesia Power Automate APIs or low-code platforms
- Personality and Working Practice: you are able to organize tasks independently and communicate your ideas clearly both orally and in writing
- Enthusiasm: interest in future trends automation and digital assistance systems
- Languages: good in German and/or English

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months
