Position Title:Sugarista - Waxing Specialist / Esthetician / Sugarista.
Position Overview:
Organic waxing (sugaring) is exceptional for its natural ingredients and safe for all skin types especially sensitive skin.
We are looking for a hard-working & energetic professional to join our team! The perfect candidate must have very strong customer service and communication skills along with the ability to multi-task and keep a positive salon environment.
We offer sugaring lash lifts brow laminations tinting & facial services as well as a two-week intensive training program on getting the sugaring technique perfected before opening!

- Licensed Esthetician (required).
Core Responsibilities:
- A willingness to learn and be a team player.
- Greeting your client and explaining what their service entails.
- Make sure your room is always clean before the start of your shift during and after your shift ends.
- Communicating with reception if there are any changes to client services or special requests.
- Knowledge of our product line in case one of our guests would like to purchase them.
- Knowledge of current discounts and packages they may want to ask you while they are in the room with you.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Understanding for people with sensitive skin who may need to be coached during their first experience.
- Knowledge of sugar paste is not required since we have our very own corporate trainer who will work with you every step of the way.
- Maintain AR state esthetic license and cleanliness of room and equipment per state requirements.
Salary:
- Base pay per hour.
- Tips & Commissions on products.
- Annual Bonus Potential.
Shift Options:
- Shift assignment based on business needs at the time of hiring. Shift information will be provided during an introductory call with our management team.
Work Authorization:
- United States (required).
- Licensed Esthetician in Arkansas (required).
